Please read the notes below carefully. Please also note that submitting this Booking Request Form to BITS UK Limited (in any format) signifies your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions below.

Notes:
[1] We need good contact details for each of you (including e-mail and phone number) in case we need to contact an individual regarding your attendance, any last minute changes to the convention details, or any problems with your booking.
[2] Any attendee under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. This is an adult gaming environment and BITS UK Limited accept no responsibility whatsoever for under-age attendees. It is the sole responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure the safety of such under-age attendees and to determine the suitability of the environment for them (including suitability of the content of any games they play or view) as well as observing any relevant legal restrictions (such as access to the bar area).
[3] If the event is over-subscribed, BITS members get priority on bookings. However, once your booking is confirmed (BITS member or not) that’s final.
[4] At least one attendee per room must be gaming (i.e. paying the full attendee price). Due to space limitations, we are sorry that non-gamers are unlikely to be allowed into the gaming areas except for very short periods, nor are they permitted to join in games (in any manner).
[5] Please make it clear with whom you wish to share.
[6] All attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (see point [2]).
[7] Room allocation is at the discretion of BITS UK Limited. Family rooms will only be allocated to attendees with younger children, unless we run out of other rooms for non-family attendees.

Terms and Conditions:
Sorry, but the Thought Police mean that we have to include the following legal stuff:
• All attendees at TravCon08 signify their implicit agreement to abide by the following terms and conditions by submitting a Booking Request Form (in whatever format) to BITS UK Limited.
• The organisers of TravCon08 (BITS UK Limited) reserve the right to change the event details (including, but not limited to its content, location, date and timing) without prior notice.
• Attendees agree to follow any and all instructions issued by the organisers and their designated representatives, including but not limited to cancelling or halting an event which is already in progress.
• At its sole discretion, the organiser may require any attendee to leave the event for a given period or for the remainder of the event.
• Attendee prices are not returnable or refundable under any circumstances.
• Confirmed attendee status may be transferred between individuals no later than ten working days prior to the event and only with the explicit permission of BITS UK Limited.
• BITS UK Limited accepts no liability for loss or damage of any attendee’s property, direct or indirect, whilst attending TravCon08.
• Attendees below the age of 18 must be accompanied at all times by a parent or guardian.
